In my opinion as someone stated, and I fully agree, 200 is the absolute most I would do for bare upcharging . That up charge alone is what some very attractive girls charge in total for bare half hour. In my experiences tho if a provider doesn't normally do bare and is making an exception, it's usually not worth it if the upcharge is very high. Keep in mind you are asking someone to do something they normally don't. That means the service you get may change as the providers comfort level changes. I later contacted her again once I was prepared for that price. Just a week later it went up to 700. Bare seems to be a very sought after service in recent years so a new provider (which is mostly what I see) may realize with demand to increase it by a lot.
