Decided to take the plunge and try out their Tyson's location. Tried a couple different numbers and was then directed to the office building. Seems like most of the places that advertise all need appointments like FHOH, DMVLatinas, Empire, etc. Haydees in Sterling seems to allow walkins but there have not been many positive reviews there. I've seen one other place advertising walk ins in alexandria but again no reviews. Some people have also mentioned latinas at Best in chantilly, but I am wondering if there is anywhere else. Thanks!
