I believe it is more so a flaw on our end (the providers). Admin has created a system in which we only have to post ONCE every 30 days. There really is no reason that we should look in our panel and see 50 active ads. Changes need to be made to your ad?, okay there is an edit feature for that and it's the girls responsibility to make sure it's updated. Typically if you do this before 1 pm and 11 pm (our time A2) your changes will be available shortly.
Sure. Do we want our ad at the top of the section, of course but as the system is now it isn't going to happen. 10 other girls are posting at the same time to get the same spot. Until the site is complete and you're willing to pay for those top spots, there is no reason in competing for it now.
The gentlemen here will browse all the ads to find what they need IF they don't have to scroll through a hundred unnecessary ads.

As for the multiple ads, I would say if the one post a day rule was in place again it would eliminate all this. The ladies would be forced to be responsible for what was in the ads and not create new ads when they are due for one to auto renew. If you don't take proper actions to make sure you have one post a day, enjoy the week with no advertising here. It's a business, it's a simple task to perform. Do it!

(though it will have it's normal spelling)

The links simply DO NOT appear on the screen as it displays, and all other websites fit my screen width wise, this one does not. Nothing on the webpage directs you to do so, so that is why it is confusing.

It must be general issue on the web site. Not a big deal once you know it--see if there is a slider bar at the bottom of the screen, and move it right.
