The OCSO site you reference is never up to date, many of the arrests that show up are 4-6 weeks old. The majority of arrests DO NOT show up on the site. Many , many of the girls I personally know that have been arrested have never shown up on there.

Casper should be pushing late 20's maybe thirty. She was originally from Daytona where I met her several years ago. She also surfaced a couple of years ago on the trail, she was one of my favorites.
