I always associate that with "under the radar" typically referring to a sex worker that does not have a publicly forward profile.

I think what is meant by UTR is that she is willing to work outside of the agency perhaps.

What can I say that a lot of other reviews haven't already. She is absolutely beautiful just my type body is crazy. She has a routine that everyone has talked about but wow what a routine LOL. I'd recommend you try her at least once. Well worth the money to me. She's leaving in a week and doesn't think she'll be back till next year so run and meet her if you have the funds.
