On anoThER site. That I refuse to use anymore due to them artificially sweetining reports. There is a way that providers can "whitelist" mongers. I agree with admin that there are several sites where we can be blacklisted without our knowledge.

I provided the links to "Camera3" and others about Celtic Shelby's plea deal of one year on her charges that were reduced from "Pre-Meditated First Degree Murder" to 'Manslaughter with a firearm".

There was no minimum time for the use of the firearm.

She in fact served only about 6 months jail time.

That is the common name for Florida Statute 775.087 which gives mandatory sentences of 10 years for displaying a firearm while committing a crime, 20 years for firing it and 25 years if you hit someone. Judges have to follow the guideline. Only prosecuters can wave the minimum as part of a plea deal. You got to figure that she had one amazing lawyer who got a charge of premeditated murder with an automatic minimum 25 years down to a few months in the county jail. I want his card.
