RE: Allie
I've been down a number of blind alleys before, but never one that was "Bubbley". I couldn't resist posting this, but wasn't sure where it should go, so here it is. Here's the link: http://jacksonville.skipthegames.com/female-escorts/caucasian_w/just-say-no-to-the-rest-and-co/687480527350. Maybe we need a new Thread: Stop and Smell the Roses.

Shaggy.
She is Allie but the pictures are really old unless she did some miracle transformation over the past two months. When I recently visited her, let's just say the body has fallen apart. Looks like she gained weight then lost a bunch. Tits are deflated and her legs look like tree trunks. Service sucked and she was all over the place. There was a young lady sleeping on couch and another returning. The only real enjoyment I had was her place is interesting, stripper pole, and sexual decor everywhere. My thought was seeing someone from the past who had good reports but it was only a disappointment. This was my experience.

The unconscionable deal
I remember studying law and one of the things that an individual is taught in contract law is the concept of an unconscionable contract. The term " unconscionable contract" means that it is not a fair deal and one party in the agreement has all the advantages which normally comes at great expense to the other party. In other words, the agreement is very unreasonable and very exploitative. I believe that the mongers for quite some time haven't been given a fair deal ie: cash grab and dash, poor hygiene, deceptive pictures, not given the time promised, not performing as promised, crappy in call location, even victims of theft at the hands of the providers and much more. While, providers carry all the advantages and very little risk. If they get into trouble they can claim victim status and be given access to social programs (Yes there are girls that are kidnapped and trafficked but the girls that aren't are easily lumped into that category). Again, I really don't believe providers understand nor do they care to understand a monger's point of view. I don't think the solution would be issuing surety bonds that are backed by a surety insurer like State Farm (imagine those commercials LOL). Just as anyother business, mongers can vote with their feet and their coinage meaning go to better competition or exercise the power of the boycott. Heck lots of legal providers out there.

I make no apologies for providers who provide substandard service for whatever reason, including poor hygiene. I've complained in public forums about a number of them. But to claim that mongers are being exploited is, um, ridiculous.
Providers deal with thieves. Mongers that don't pay, don't pay what was promised, pay with fake money, or outright steal cash and / or possessions. Some mongers have zero concept of hygiene (unwiped asses that leave shit stains on the sheets? It's happened), and don't take the hint when a quick shower is suggested, or raggety-ass fingernails that rip up their lady bits. There are plenty that will overstay their paid for time, or show up an hour late for a qv.
As for not carrying any risk for the providers. They're dealing with guys who are sometimes high or drunk as fuck, and who are sometimes violent. The guys are almost always bigger and stronger than the girls. Sometimes guys can't get it up, get angry about it, and take it out on the provider. Regardless, the providers are literally putting themselves in a physically vulnerable situation.
If you think that the social programs available are some sort of nirvana, I would suggest that you think about the last time you tried to get any sort of benefits from the government and then apply that to someone who likely has the organizational skills of a teenager.
The solution is obvious, and has worked elsewhere in the world: Legalize the sex trade. A2 and others have posted links to actual data showing that this improves things for providers, for mongers, and for society at large.
Again, I'm not making ANY excuses for shitty providers. I just talk to providers like they're actual people, so I hear about some of the shit they put up with, just like by living the life and reading the forum I know what shit mongers put up with. I'm just taking issue with the notion that we, as mongers, have to do anything except walk away and share information. I've not heard much recently where anything worse than a mugging has happened to a monger, but there are plenty of examples where things turned out terribly for providers.
You want to make things better? Vote for people who don't demonize and marginalize sex work. They're usually pretty obvious about their positions.

There may be "unconscionable" intentions on either side, but an agreement of that nature would not be a contract.

Perhaps it would be best to legalize it and have them apply for a license and have them be screened for stds. I think that what I was driving at. Is that presented with unreasonable circumstances such as the provider engaging in duplicitous behaviors. Then it is fair to call them out on it and walk away from the provider with your coinage. I encourage mongers not to feel obligated to go through with it if the provider doesn't fit your specifications or wants to reneg on what was already agreed. Its a good thing to have standards and providers should be held to standards such as proper hygiene.

To piggyback
To piggyback on Tiem's comment. For the monger side I experienced from Canada all the way south, Europe and Asia. I can only think of a handful countries where I simple had no clue how to get service and China where I was simple terrified about trying (unprepared, not willing to risk it for obvious reasons O. O). Everywhere else by large no complaints and easy access, relative good quality ect. For the providers side I befriended a handful of them over the years mainly in Miami and mostly the exact complaints Tiem detailed before me. I think is about time we catch up with the rest of the world and end these silly cat and mouse games. Again, data points not only to increased safety for both (providers and us) and I exactly the impression I got from my travels. Furthermore, less crime and the works.
