Combine that with a tax break, revenues run low, spending remains high, makes a lot of sense. Not.

A rational admn would be trying to pay down the deficit in good economic times. But that wasn't good enough for the current regime. And now, that we are mired in some deep shit, we are rapidly running out of silver bullets.

One other thing, "Mother", Pence, and the evangelicals would take great delight in shutting down many activities that this board is based upon. So go ahead, if you want the bible thumpers so far up your ass that you can't breathe, have at it! Getting to be the only thing that the "base" is composed of these days.
