Never thought of this before but now. Well doesn't seem as crazy as before. Has anyone considered or used camera or wifi detecting devices in the rooms? Looked some of the products up on the I-net with mixed reviews. Curious if these devices actually work in a real 'environment', which do work, if any and how best to use them if they do. Openly (has it's own merit) or secretively.

Cameras cannot be installed without a court order, and the owner would have to know what was going on because they have to be provided with a copy of the court order.
If you are stopped for an alleged traffic infraction only provide licenses, registration and insurance.
Do not answer any questions about your activities. You have the right to remain silent use it.

It is so simple to figure out.[/QUOTE]You may well be right. But depending on your situation, it's not about the legal fight. The embarrassment. Job loss, divorce, etc. Is the real penalty. I agree the legal case is shaky and a misdemeanor anyway, but that's not really the issue for most mongers I think.

They see the news about this from the links and seriously think it is a joke. I wish it was.
I think everyone here is fine with stopping human trafficking. But this kind of stuff seems to be more of a shaming tactic to scare the customers.
Either way we all know that this kind of stuff will only cause the whole industry to continue to go underground. Making everything more dangerous (especially for the providers).
