He gets banned twice. He changes names. He makes the same posts offering no value over an over again. It is as though he is talking to himself. Perhaps he is waiting for himself to respond to him. Just my 2 cents worth.

I own some property on W, the police and mayors office had a meeting in early December with some irate residents and promised to crack down on it. Kids were getting harassed on their way to school and local business were complaining.

Ex Barry Sq massage lady an SW who lives just off Morris told me of concerns with her daughter an grandkids on their way to school on W. Mostly white SWs standing out from the crowd as early as 8 AM.
