I'm not agreeing with the other people and kids in the house thing but, as a rule once your money hits a providers hand its gone. If you show up and act an ass, you still need to pay. Why? It was also incall and as such, it was HER RESPONSIBILITY to provide a safe, secure, and PRIVATE location. She failed to provide a reasonable environment. She failed in the location, and shefailed to provide services. (I call BS on her "he took up my time so I am taking the money." excuse.) The session failed because of her failures so she deserves no money whatsoever.
