She wasn't looking at traffic or anything. Then I saw her walking north, south, side streets in different section of the W, at different times of the day. Then I knew this was a SW.

I took a ride down Wethersfield Ave late Saturday afternoon after attending the St Patricks festivities downtown, saw a decent looking WSW with long dark hair, ponytail, wearing dark clothes. I hit the normal loops couple weeks ago on a thurs. The night was strange and here's why:

Saw a WSW walking along Garden and Sargeant. About a 7-8 in SW terms. I nearly pulled over but thought to myself, looks too good to be true. I saw a car traveling in the opposite direction coming toward her and following as she rounded Sargeant, I decided to take the loop. As I made the block, I saw the SUV that had followed her pulled over as if on the phone. To my left there was LEO sitting in a parking lot there. I go over to the Wethersfield loop and finally saw a WSW with long long hair walking along Maple. Again I decided to take an additional loop just bc I had a gut feeling and was looking to observe. Once I came back around and made the block, I saw LEO "speeding" in the direction of where I saw the WSW. Again, I think she was a decoy. Didn't see her again for the rest of the loops I made. Something was definitely going on that night, so be careful out there and don't be too quick to pick-up.
