As a general rule, pay attention to cars parked in the lots at both FL1 and FL 2. If there are a lot of cars, and there are no guys sitting waiting in cars, then chances are that playing is going on.

Greetings. Appreciate all the informative posts throughout the forums. Single, middleaged Midwesterner traveling alone and tried to do my homework before directly asking for some guidance, but please forgive my ignorance.

TL; DR: Having difficulty deciding between a theater or a club for this coming weekend. Or just going back to the hotel for plenty of alone time.

Hoping to maximize enjoyment and keep costs manageable (200-300) for the evening's entertainment (either Sat or Sun; maybe both? Hoping to maximize the luck of finding 'quality' entertainers as well. Ideally finding a cutie for some grinding, titty sucking, maybe some HJ action, or for the opportunity to just be a lurker. Flying to TPA on Saturday afternoon and with other obligations out of the way should be able to party by around 7 or 8 PM. Timing seems to be a factor at various venues for their offerings.

As for clubs, the northern boundary for me would be Charlotte's; Pink Pussycat sounds enticing as well and is closer to my lodging. Steering away from places like 2001 or Mons as it seems they don't provide the type of extras I've described, and are more just tourist traps. Though the 2001 webcams are pretty sweet.

For theaters, FL2 and Adult World sound enticing too. Would the only expenses on a potentially "no-luck" visit would be admission and any drinks I purchase? And then as a single dude am I just free to wander, chat, watch and enjoy? Maybe play? Travel for either of those is a little less inviting.

I moved here 11 years ago, but stopped going to Tampa strip clubs maybe 20 years ago, like 10 years before moving here. On a typical weekday day or night, there is rarely a crowd, but action is really sporadic. On the weekends, as you have found, it can get really crowded and crazy, but that doesn't mean good.
