Just a word of advice, but you might want to refrain from this in the future. You should be trolling 100% sober. That way, if LEO pulls you over for cruising or whatever BS reason they can come up with, you are in complience, and they have no reason to give you a ticket or arrest you.
Sunday afternoon in Hollywood was active. Saw four girls in the usual places. One, a 30 something wsw heading towards the circle a block north of Publix. The same thing is hapening in California.
Of course you are upset because the cops are spending so much time going after hookers and Johns. That is actually a very small part of the police budget and it is done in response to complaints by property and business owners in those neighborhoods. If it was completely unchecked, those neighborhoods would become un-livable and taken over by hookers and their dope dealers, just look at Overtown.
Cops have a tough and dangerous job and are constantly dealing with the scum of the earth. Of course, a few are corupt and just plain jerks, but for the most part they are just doing their job and making a living.
Most mongers are kind people and treat the girls well. I know I do. I buy them food and cigarettes and treat them nice and I'm always conscious of the fact that they might be scared and I do everything that I can to help put them at ease. Having said that, there are crazy psycopaths out there that do prey on these vulnerable women and do unspeakably cruel things to them. I agree with a lot of what garyganu wrote, and the cops I've met have been generally professional and uncorrupt. I blame the policymakers and lawmakers, not the cops. But large police forces have to justify themselves and prostitution is a relatively easy crime to target.

I went to Flagler between 42nd Ave and 57th Ave and found nothing. Folks if you see a motorcycle, remember it could be a cop. Remember you'll see cops hiding in the sidestreets as well as motorcycles which can easily cop a monger. I've seen it happen.
