Prostitution sweep nets at least nine arrests in Lowell

LOWELL -- Responding to concerns expressed this week by the City Council, police last night put a crimp in the prostitution that occurs in the vicinity of Jackson, Appleton and Middlesex streets.

Police arrested at least eight men and one woman during a sweep of that area of the city that lasted more than five hours. Using a female decoy, police stayed close by and waited for unsuspecting customers, or "johns," to approach her and offer her money for sex. In each case, police arrived on the scene moments after the alleged john made the offer.

"We do prostitution enforcement actions across the city at various locations from time to time, when we get information from the neighborhood that prostitution is a concern, just like any other illegal activity, whether it's speeding or drugs or robbery," said Superintendent Kenneth Lavallee, who was in the area for several hours as police conducted the operation.

"Our goal is to send a message, loud and clear, that this isn't the place to be conducting that kind of activity," he added.

Well she either made bail or didn't go to Framingham after her third strike but its 87 degrees out and she's wearing a long sleeve pink sweater. Probably to hide the tracks. She was sitting out on the brick wall across from the mental health clinic. around 2:00 PM lots of activity I think its where they're continuing the Mark Wahlberg movie.

She's been told not to hang at Jay's anymore. If she's seen on their property she'll be arrested for trespassing. She went to court on her 3rd strike they continued it till Sept. Can't find the police report, she might get off on that one.

It's been quite I while since I last posted but thought, with all the heat lately from LE, that I'd catch up on things.

My last experienes were with Vicky and Lisa. Vicky is the tall older red head with big rackj that hangs on Appleton around Hafners. She lives nearby and prefers to use a phone. I had a great time as usual but now her phones are shot so it's hit or miss trying to find her. Lisa is an older thin blond that hangs between Appleton and Middlesex. She gives good service but never shuts up. She always seems hyper and nervous to the point that I feel paranoid.

LE is REALLY hot lately. I saw a few BSW's around Elliot st that I was really tempted to try but was scared shit it might be a sting setup. These days, if I don't recognize the chick I pass, it ain't worth the risk.

Sorry I'm late with this report. I was out cruising last Thursday. Westford was dead. Behind Jay's there were a couple of WSWs - one was a blonde with long hair. She was scooped by another monger in a black van who was just ahead of me. Didn't try for the other.

It had been YEARS since I got ripped off and it was in Boston. Well was just cruising Lowell and saw a thin WSW by the Tedeschis. Got the look and met up on Garnett str. Went around by the church by the park and into a drive way. Said it was her aunts house. We park in the driveway and someone is looking out. SHe says you want to just go in the basemenet I live there. I say sure. I had just paid her too. Then she says let me make sure no one is doing laundry. Then she goes and hops the fence and I hear her yelling to "Vinnie". I had gotten out of my car by now and she is walking up to him and they disappear into an alley or something. Amanda at it again

It's been a while since my last post, mostly due to the fact that incase LE reads these posting I didn't want to bring any added heat to any of the women out there.

I have seen several SW's over the last couple of months, with mostly good results, some better than others, and with Donna so far doing the best job and have seen her a couple of times, although I have not seen her around recently, I have her digits and called once but have not got a reply, if anyone has any info about her I would like to hear about it, though her voice will make you want to wear ear plugs. Seen Casey who did a ok job but whines a lot, and several other women whose names escape me. All around the same areas and price's 25-40.

Now to Amanda, I feel like an idiot, as I went back and read that there are postings warning about a person named Amanda, the name just did not click with me when she told me her name.

She no longer has short black hair though, it's down passed her shoulders and she's a 2 tone brunette with the upper third a reddish brown and the lower two thirds being a darker brown, she's young I'd say early to mid 20's and pretty, fairly good body small cans about five three to five five, says she has a daughter, wish I had gotten a picture.

Anyways was cruising Lowell today and it was the first time I had seen her.

Off and on she was hanging with some other SW and a couple of guys, then by herself.

I was parked in Towers parking lot she walks by and asks if I want a date, I ask if she wants a ride, she gets in do the LE check, my 1st mistake she says her name is Amanda, nothing clicks with me till I get home and do a search for her.

Now I don't know if she had the chance to dial the cops or not and I know that a least one guy heard her yelling for help as I seen him look up when she was yelling, so not knowing what else to do I take off with her in the car (I did not punch her as I am not a violent person). Then she starts saying to give her another chance can I please help her out it's her daughters birthday and that I broke her necklace and that she'll do me real good and I don't have to pay her till I'm done etc and I am saying no way you'll bite it off and if you don't get out I am going to the cops with you. I am driving back to where I picked her up and stop at a red light with LE up ahead with the lights flashing. I tell her to get out or I am pulling behind LE and tell them you jumped into my car and won't get out, She finally gets out and I drive off. I didn't however drive home I went back a latter to Appleton st and there she is cruising up the street care free and looking to rip someone else off. I'm telling you guys she has some big ones, and be careful if you meet a girl named Amanda.

Saw her bumping happily across the parking lot of Jay's yesterday. Must have worked something with the property manager. She is getting thinner if that is possible.

I told him no need I am going home. I soiled my underwear, and not in a good way. I think I need to stay the fuck out of Lowell for some time. First Amanda rips me off, now I almost get arrested. First time this has happened. What are others experiences and did I handle it OK?

Got to Lowell about noon today and made the usual loops, LE was around both in cars and on a bike, so went across town to some other spots but there was nothing over there.

Made a couple of passes down Westford st, ended up back down Appleton, Jays and the usual haunts, ended up parking in Tower's parking lot off and on, got a bite to eat, listened to the Sox game, just chilled, watched and trolled sometimes, LE seemed to clear out around 1:00 to 1:30. Had one WSW approach me and ask for a butt, I don't smoke sorry hun then she asked for a buck, again sorry I don't have money on me she's short kind of a thick girl with lots of freckles strawberry blonde hair seen her walking most of the day today. One guy walking with his SW asked for 50 cents so he could get his pregnant wife a drink of water, sorry pal I don't have money on me, as he was leaving he says if you need a date she'll be around, I seen her walking today with and without him around a larger/bigger girl with black hair not bad looking just wasn't going to partake.

The last one to approach me was a trip, again in Tower's parking lot seen this young sweet SW go up to 2 other cars before mine, when she comes up to me she goes want to make ten bucks, now I am really interested at this point, when if ever has a SW asked someone if they want make ten bucks, but I ask what's up, says she needs a ride I ask her to where and she won't say she has to show me, tell her I have a GPS just tell me where and off we go, and it's nope I have to show you, I ask her to show me the ten bucks, says she don't have it but the person to where she is going will give it to me. Anytime you don't end up with a set of matching bracelets, you did ok. Personally, I never do the deed any where near where I make the pickup or near where any girls work. In fact I generally prefer to head out of town after the pickup. Less problems with Uncle Leo, and you're much less likely to be ripped off by the girl if she's farther from home. If she won't go, then I just offer to drop her off. It's kept me safe for 16 years, and hopefully will continue to do so.

Honestly, I think one of the mistakes you're making is posting the details here (while I do appreciate the very sobering experience at your expense). I would think about editing your post, cuz that LEO could now easily tie your handle on here to your real person.

Other than that, I give you an A+ at handling the sit. I totally agree with HoHunter though, get right the hell out of Dodge for the deed. That would actually piss me off if I was LE, someone having the cajones to do the pickup and deed on my turf (though in your case it probably wasn't cajones, just an innocent mistake).

Seems you did the right thing, out of respect it makes sense not to weave a web of lies, as if we can actually "put one over on them", but then you don't want to admit too much or maybe they won't have a choice but to bust you. For the past couple of weeks the SWs seem very cautious. Donna of course still around but others rarely worked for long. At least when I was cruising (mid-afternoon ~ early-evening). Between the stings and the heavy police patrol, it seems time to let it cool down for a while.

Went through both Lowell and Lawrence from 1:00 - 3:00 AM nothing at all.

Thanks, this was actually very enlightening. I had a hard time committing to 45 minutes, and never thought I'd be glad the ACLU existed, but they did a good job. Why the f--k we need an organization to advocate for our basic human right to have consensual sex is another story.

If I ever got pulled over with a SW in the car and they ask me if I know she is a SW, I'm not saying anything, or will answer it with a question of my own. Because that's probably a trick question to get you to give up some rights, or provide probable cause or some shit. I had always thought it was a chance for you to show respect, and the LE would be like "hey you're honest, you're a guy I'm a guy, I understand what you're trying to do here, but I have a job to do here, and you gotta go home, understand?".

Ran into Renee the other day by the pizza place next to Jays. Had her once a couple of months ago. Nothing really to write home about last time but she did get the job done. Went through Lowell from 2:00 - 3:30 AM it wasn't raining so I figured there would be some action. Lowell may it RIP.

Went through between 5:30 and 7:00 PM lots of delicious looking little appetizers on the menu in the Appleton area but too many uniforms to take a chance.

There was plenty of action on Westford on Wednesday night. I saw at least 3 girls working west of the 7 Eleven gas station. I did pick up a very good looking girl Nikki but she wanted .4 for a BJ.
