Sorry to hear about that bad experience. My personal policy is to politely decline any demand from an AMP woman for money up front (because providing the money up front can decrease the incentive for satisfactory performance). I will explain to such a woman that I'm very honest, perhaps show her that I have the money, and tell her that there will be no problem with her obtaining the money if she does what she says she will do. If a woman still refuses to perform without receiving the money up front, I will talk with a mama. Agree. There's no benefit to mentioning the website. This is especially true for licensed massage establishments, where they can LOSE their license or at a minimum get them suspended.

Hoike - You should be going to an AMP not a licensed massage therapist, if you are not going to be discreet. Your comments basically said "FIRE" and drew attention in so many unwanted ways. You may be a newbie, so it might be a rookie mistake, but it hurts everyone else.

This of course is not news to us whom frequent the forums. Owners are definitely concerned and feeling extremely frustrated especially since their legitimately licensed business is severly impacted from bad reports of staff whom have been reported providing "extras". Employment of the staff members that have violated State Law are easily terminated, however the legitimate establishment's reputation is tarnished forever especially from those seeking legitimate services. This may be news to you or any noobs, but numerous legitimate patrons of massage therapy do NOT seek those "extras" and are dead serious about ensuring the establishment does not offer them either. Numerous providers that used to provide extras to regulars have been "fired" recently. Providers at Pink Orchid as reported are no exception. When a legitimate massage establishment loses its license or is suspended, then the owner of the establishment loses as well their sole source of revenue. Compound that with the penalty fees and court appearances now inflicted on them. The owners of three legitimate locations I have been to these past two weeks have stated that they are planning on selling their business and/or retiring since it is no longer a viable source of revenue with the constant legal issues imposed due to staff that are caught providing "extras". You may not care and choose to turn your back on the issue. However, keep in mind that there is a striking balance with the State of Hawaii allowing legitimate and not so legitimate establishments and/or services in business. I would strongly recommend that those of you who seek "extras" at legitimate establishments be more prudent with your requests otherwise Hawaii may end up implementing similar laws that California and other States had implemented several years ago. Certainly, imposing the law would not eliminate the existence of such services and/or establlishments. Imposing these laws only make it easier to catch the "Johns" and "Shut down or severly fine the establishment". Other States now also post the list of "Johns" publicly. Hawaii is a gold mine for "extras" which is reason many Mainland providers seasonally travel here among other destinations. YMMV. Be safe and happy mongering.

Actually, calling them and booking an appointment would be the appropriate way to go. They will give you the room number then. They work by appointment only, as a general rule. Thanks for clarifying. I knew Donna was connected to them but couldn't think of the other person. Which is ironic since this past Sat. A question for you mongers, I've been meaning to go and check out a local amp. Probably PT or VIP. What happens when I go in and I don't find somthing that I want? How do I get my. 5 for the door fee back?
