The possiblity exists that a single lady is offering such service, but this would be the exception. Previous discussions I have had Jenny would suggest that this has happened from time to time. Usually a new girl who did this somewhere else. Very seldom would a lady who has been there for some time offer such extras. As of Sunday when I discussed this post with Diana as I hinted below she laughed, thought it unlikely that the particular lady in question would offer such extras. Diana then went on to confirm what Jenny told me more then a year ago, that if it becomes known that a lady is offering more then the standard fare she will be let go. ERS does not wish to have the extra heat on them, nor do most of the ladies want the extra pressure from clients if one of them is offering more then a HS.
That is not to say that the Lady in question didn't hint that more could be had for more money. I have herd that some Ladies try to get larger tips by promissing more on future visits.
Not saying that this is the case in the report listed, but there have been a few girls at the Executive that are very proficient at the chin trick. Have had this several times by a number of girls. It's not a BJ, but it looks, and if done right. Can feel like one. They consider this within the rules & several girls have done it over the years, some better than others (not as much fun if they don't oil up).

The thing is, LE has already read the forum and are probably just as well versed as mongers. I take this in consideration when I see a new person post and get slammed as leo.
Let's face it, any massage parlor or apartment is already known about, and the extent of services is too (this includes Arnie's on another IL section, but I digress).
Since the forum is here for sharing info & updates, that's what I use it for. Unless the information compromises one of the girl's situations, I think it should be passed on. I've been guilty of telling some to rtff, but to be honest telling people to do that would go a lot further if updates were more frequent & you didn't have to go back a billion pages. I have had ladies ask me to post a review if I enjoyed their services. True this happens more with the ladies I have seen on TER, but I would never post a review without a ladies permission. We might risk someplace being closed, they risk serious other problems to make us happy, so yeah I ask and only post if the agree.
As to what we post, ERS has not existed as long as it has without local authorities knowing about it, the stay in business because they keep it low key and have limited service. the ladies and managment knows this which is why certain ladies get fired for doing more.
As to the rest, well we have all gotten basic info from this or other sites. none of would know the proceedures to follow in order to get things going unless someone was willing to post. So get off the high horse already.
And as to extras, I find it very hard to believe some one who admittedly hasn't been there for a long time would get more then is allowed from a lady who has been around for a while, and has never given any indication to her regulars that she was willing would just give it up to someone she sees as new. Sounds more like ego bragging then real info.

No I don't think anyone is peeking in. The hall way is open so if someone was peeking in from there it would be very obvious. The only other openings in the room is to the shower, not very likely someone is peeking in there.
And no I don't think a single claim will get a woman fired. More likely it will be complaints from other ladies that guys keep saying so and so gives extras that causes managment to take action. For instance I go in and push a woman for a BJ, she says they don't do that here, and I respond oh yeah Jessica just gave me one last week.

If they see reports on extras the owners look into it. If a girl is giving extras there it will not be a secret for long and they eventually get fired. That is as it should be. I would assume one complaint won't cause a lot of trouble for a woman working there, but if she is treating you like that, she will have more than one. I am sure a few complaints and that is that.
I've been going there for over 20 years, yes, years, and they just don't allow this kind of treatment for customers. If you somehow did get FS, the girl won't be there for long. I'd be surprised if she lasted a week.

After reading reports, tried to schedule Dee or Nina but they were booked for the day. Only 5 girls total were there. Diana wasn't in. Can't speak for everyone, but since the door fee is supposed to cover everything, I tip purely based on the quality of service. I've tipped as high as $40 (a 2 pop session) and I've walked without giving a dime. I consider it the same as a restaurant. If I get bad service, I will tell them I'm not tipping & why. Now, that's been several years ago (before Jackson split this site into local & international). I've always received a decent grade of service & I usually give at least $10 as a minimum & go up from there. No pun intended.
