I tried to find through her agent Nicole. I mentioned having recent testing papers and asked if April had any rules or requirements or anything that she doesn't do and the only response I got was "as long as you're respectful that what she cares the most". I seriously don't know what to make of it. Usually I only go for providers who are confirmed BBFSCIP by other mongers who have seen them or who have confirmed themselves that they're willing to provide that.
