Long time lurker. This forum has been dead so I'm going to try and update a bit and share what I know.

I've been to Balanced a few times now and seen Hannah each time. It has a vestibule with a closed door that can be locked, and a waiting area behind glass where she talks to you before opening the door. I stopped by on my way back from Portland as I have done a few other times. A pleasant surprise for sure. I hope she stays around the area for a while. I'm glad they are open again.
