I have mentioned it before, I have eaten at all of them and many in Illinois, and Minn. The best food by far is at Encore. I can get a great lunch and see strippers for about 20. What a deal. They are really friendly and fun during lunch. The food is actually mDe by a chef, not a cook. Try it you'll love it.

Agree with WillowRut, in that the food at Encore is by Monreal's. They used to run El Matador, before it was bought out by the local La Fuente chain. Anyway, excellent mexican food and perfect with a Corona.

I stopped in at Silk on SS tonight, expecting a packed line-up for Fat Tuesday. No such luck. Almost more males in-house than talent. Great $2 tacos as usual. 2-for-1 imports helped while I licked my wounds. A fave stood me up for another customer with more visitor senority. Don't you hate it when you get put on the back-burner and no other ATF's are in the line-up?
Recently I got off work early and stopped by On the Border at 3pm the other day.
There was a new crop of dancers at the place. They were much more aggresive then the last crop of dancers.
While the $35. 00 per dance is steep most of the dancers do a good job of teasing and then sum.
I will not mention names to protect the good dancers.
The problem is who to pick for a dance.
I suggesd sitting at the front stage and pick someone who is aggresive on the stage.
But that works only 50% of the time.
At 7pm there is a different criop coming in, so I cannot report on them.

Drove by a gentlements club east of West Bend over the weekend. Did a little research and I guess it is Spearmint Rhino club. Not sure how long they've been there. Looked like fairly new ownership. Anyone get a chance to visit yet?

They have a wide bar so dancers can walk around and get tips after 2 nd song. Thought it was full nudity but it is not. Saw 3 dancers. All good looking. All had pasties on nipples. Looked like blue painters tape. Really? ? Don't no if ill be back. Only had 1 beer.
Visited OTB on Sunday night (April 7th) an hung out there for a few hours. Got there about 11pm.
There were 10 girls working, and probably about 8 customers. Dancers were all pretty cute, I'd rate them on a range of about 6. 5-8.
Spotted Cows were $5. 25.
I don't remember her name, but a black girl with no accent decided to cling to me and talk to me for the whole evening. She was quite ditzy and got on my nerves quickly. I thought her company would be good to prevent other girls from tip-walking me, but I was wrong. Every few minutes, a new girl asking me to tip her "for all her hard work." Whatever, it's just a dollar. They seem to be more aggressive about it at OTB than at Silk.
Private dances are $35 for one song, $90 for three. I think Silk's are $25 a song? Bought one dance from annoying girl. She danced well. No extras offered or implied. Never been offered extras at any club.
There was a really cute girl dancing, she had two trees tattooed on her tummy (one tree on each side) , would have bought a dance from her but she was busy.
I think I'll stick with Silk next time.
Thanks for the heads up I didn't know this was still the lame ass tradition up here I'll stick to Lake Geneva. But to panhandle your paying customers, annoy them, insult them, then make them ask why the hell you bothered to even come here in the first place! Several years ago I went to the Silk, before I even ordered a drink after walking into the club I had at least 5 or 6 of these things demanding money I couldn't believe this moronic behavior. And it was the same thing at OTB in all my travels I've never seen such pathetic nonsense. How these so called strip clubs stay in business is the real question what kind nitwit would actually be a repeat customer up here?

Every time I've been there and gotten hit up for tips right when I walk in, if I tell them I just got there and didn't see them dance, they have always left me alone and came back later.
Hit up Silk on Tuesday nights. Grab a table for a couple of their inexpensive tacos. None of the dancers will shake you down for tips if you're eating. What's worse. 10 bucks wasted on the tip walk, or a well fed belly?

I might start going to Silk soon again but I haven't been to 94th and National since it was Crazy Horse.

Has anyone visited Club Bistol near Madison?
I visited there last summer one afternoon on my way home to Milwaukee and have an enjoyable time.
The dancers were pretty and entertaining. I was especially impressed by a girl who was a little older but was very slender and had longish blonde hair. Another dancer said that she was her sister, but the didn't look much alike. She said they had different fathers. The sister was a nice looking brunette who talked to me at the bar and didn't expect me to buy her a drink. I watched her dance and tipped her well as she showed her beautiful body. But, it was her blonde sister that I found really appealing. I waited for her to dance again, but she was nowhere to be seen. I know it was probably a little rude, but I asked the brunette sister if the blond sister had left because I would like a private dance with her. Turns out the blond was outside because her shift ended but had not left yet. I ended up getting a wonderful nude dance for this blonde spinner and while YMMV she did not mind rubbing up against me and brushing against my tongue with her small breasts.
So a friend of mine claims that Silk is now open till 5am. He says they stop serving alcohol at 2 and then start serving breakfast. But their website, fb, and TV ads say nothing about this. Any truth to this, does anyone know?
Spearmint Rhino has a new club in West Bend that opened a few weeks ago. I was thinking about checking it out soon. I will report back if I go!
