Maryland Code § 11.301 covers Prostitution Offenses , and there is NO mention
anywhere in that statute that suggests that a prostitution offense with someone

Those white shirts on bicycles are Mormon missionaries. Used to stop at the house until I told them we were Jehovah's witnesses.

These did not have that white shirt, black pants, back pack . Both were black and both were facing the Asian SW with their attention focused on her. Again they had on the yellow reflective vests that day workers use to direct traffic, only there was no traffic to direct!

When I first saw the ASW or decoy she was leaning on the stopsign coming up the sidestreet smoking a cig, She gave the look but didn't say anything, and the next pass her and the black guy and BSW were talking in a close huddle, I have been doing this a long time, I might not know it all, but something just said it was a set up, and I wasn't gonna take a risk. If I see her again I might ask her if she needs a ride and decide from there! I really was just wondering if anyone else had dated her or had seen her getting picked up before!

Wednesday at 4:00 not much on Washington (2 fugglies) on pass. Took turn past SA zip, noticed redhead and blond hitching below Annap. Went on to B/CB, very slim. Back up to SA and spied Missy, blond, well shaped, 40 ish. Asked if she needed a ride she got in. Drove a bit and after getting comfortable with her we went to my place. $.2 BBBJTCIM, $.4 FS, took upgrade. The french skill were fantastic, almost didn't last for second half. Lots of toung action and attention to the boys. Climbed on for CG and we rode to finnish line. Says she is fromuut to be naughty once in a while. Usually does SA. This one is a keeper, watch for her.

Well, made my first hunt in B'more and just went around W/W. I must say I was a bit frightened driving down Wilkens. I saw a few ladies, but nothing I'd let in my car. I think I saw more rats crossing the road than SW.

WHAT DOES “OFFENDER” MEAN? then look at (6) violating any of the prostitution and related offenses statutes if the intended prostitute or victim is under 18;
