These are the reasons I've seen that women flake out on you:

1) They are double-and triple booked for that timeslot just to make up for the many game-players who never show up.

3) They are druggies and either fall asleep or have drugs coming so can't meet.

4) They are sharing the room with someone else who has a hookup.
