Just a point of clarification on the way the law works in NC, so that you guys can stay safe and not be led astray by a false sense of security. You do not need to send anyone money for solicitation charges. You don't even really need to make a deal or offer. They need to show INTENT only in NC. That means that they can just prove that you viewed an ad selling illegal services, you contacted the 'provider' and showed up, or withdrew $ from an ATM. So, if a provider mentions any illegal services in a text. Bail. Do not refer to her in the text by her call name, that shows you are responding to the decoy ad. Similarly, never mention that you saw her ad. If she says, bring condoms, a pack of smokes or the drink she wants. Do not. If she asks you what car you're driving or where you parked in the parking lot. Bail. The law in NC works like the pedo laws. They can do virtually all the talking and offering, and all you have to do is show up to be charged. They can bust you in a hotel parking lot without you ever coming face to face with a decoy. STG will be ground zero, they've already been working it in the past few weeks. IMO, the most dangerous situation is if they steal the ad content for a well known provider but include a new Telephone # to feed you to LEO comms. Stay safe out there.
Car dates may be the way for a safer interaction. If guys fall off from the hobby as expected, a lot of these women and their handlers won't be able to afford motels and their fixes. I predict more of them will be walking the streets looking to make money.
As we get down to zero hour, I'll add a couple of things. I think I'm done, or at least in NC. I saw a provider a couple of days ago and I was paranoid af the whole time. Mid-BJ, I think to myself, WTF am I doing? I'm in a terrible hotel with unsavory characters watching me come in and out of the room. I didn't even fit in. I have way too much to lose to be doing this anymore. It was a blast in my 20's when I had nothing to lose. But now, ruining my life isn't worth it at this point.
I will say that most that continue to monger will probably be fine. This is not something where they are going to spend every waking moment trying to catch everyone. They just don't have the resources to catch everybody. I mean, they don't even spend countless time trying to catch pedos in stings. However, if you happen to be one of the unlucky ones that get caught in a sting, you're toast. There's no way of slithering out of it. They can and will use any and everything to get a conviction. I think the first 6 months to a year will be rough, but it will die down after that.
Either way, good luck. I'll be pulling for you guys from the sidelines.

Review says "hood vibe" and that's true, but not a reason to avoid her.
She was recently robbed so she may be a bit wary if you give off a vibe.
She's good folk.

I also advise you guys to start Checking out the Adult Bookstore Thread I'm almost Certain a lot of girls gone start going that route also "The Hill" which is Capital BLVD Adult SuperStore on Capital. I've seen about 4 new girls the past week come through there and check it out.
I guarantee they are going to send you to jail for 4 months,
Thats fact because 4 months is the minimum by law. Judges have no discretion to give anything less. So 4 months is the best case.
I'm just sticking with my regulars or roster of UTRs to see how this plays out.
I hope you trust them WELL. Homeland security is literally going to be paying girls to flip on their clients. Better make sure you don't make any of them the slightest bit angry.

I was always bothered when people would say to look someone up on such and such site by name but not include the number they reached them at. It would already be very easy for scammers or others to take name and photos and make a new ad with a different number.
Anyway I'm out. Talent in NC is so poor it was barely worth playing here already. Definitely not worth it now. Latin and south america, asia, you can spend all night with grls that are ten times hotter than any working girl you've ever seen here and they don't need as many roses either. Peace out.

So much happens out in the open that the providers and mongers would be easy pickings.
So I have been following everyone's opinion on the DEC 1 new law. I just wanted to add my thoughts. This is simply a scare tacit that will not produce the results that the state wants it to create. In all fairness, they know that it will not change much. Yes there will be unlucky guys that get caught up. These are the guys that treat ladies like trash or who leave very questionable reviews. The guys that fall for obviously fake ads and the ones who contact providers without face pics. Contacting providers with no menu listed or risking seeing providers in extremely seedy motels. Picking up SWs will become more of a risk.
All you really have to do is look at drug laws that get implemented. They don't stop selling or using and neither will this. Yes, there is more of risk in jail time if caught, however being caught is the key phrase. Sting operations cost a lot of money, especially ones that take place in a hotel. A sting in a hotel can take up to three or four rooms and sometime the entire floor or hallway. This is for many reasons including keeping it quiet and away from normal guests. Also, the government can't force a company to have it's team member take any type of class or to have them participate in a sting operation. The cheap motels may be pressured to cooperate but again, they can't be forced. Police departments do not have the capital to all of a sudden begin conducting stings on a regular basis. Many people are unaware of the police station on Halloway with tons of it happening right across the street.
Again, I'm not saying that there isn't a greater risk in what you can be charged with, just that the police are not going to be putting in much more effort to cause a huge impact. Being smart in your search will go a long way. Now if you are the guy that chases the 18-22 year old providers, then you probably have the most to worry about. These providers are usually younger than they say and that will most likely be a downfall for many. Keep in mind: 1. An undercover will hardly ever show their face especially online. 2. they cannot post nude pics. 3. AI pics and ads will be in play but they are usually easy to spot. 4. The street and bookstores make easy targets. 5. This forum provides a lot of information for the cops, be careful how you post information. 6. Lastly, become better at studying pictures that providers post and read the ad several times to look for clues.
I think the biggest change will come from the providers themselves. I see them raising their prices and really limiting what they will do and how they perform. We will see. I haven't really partaken in quite some time because of the quality that is out there and just finding a provider that performs BBBJ has become more of a hassle than what it's worth. I've been of FetLife for about years. There is so much action there to be had as long as your schedule permits and you're not a creep. There is a new club in Garner that is open to single guys. If you are not socially awkward, for the price less than a QV, you can have a really great time.
Stay safe.
BLK.

Here is my opinion. Both Raleigh and Durham have bad police shortages. We had a drink driver doing 80 hit a pole and roll over several times in my yard and the neighbors and it took the cops 40 minutes to come. Think with your big head and not the little one and you should be fine. Common sense will help you.

BLK.
I hope you're right. However, they are going to be more sophisticated than before. What you have to understand is that Homeland Security has setup shop here. This is not just some fly by night operation. Providers will be incentivized to help LEO. Essentially, you can't put full trust into any provider. Or I'll ask you, how many of them would turn down thousands of dollars to entrap mongers? Not trying to scare anyone, but I respectfully advise you and everyone else to think about the possible ways to get caught up in this. After talking to a provider and seeing how she got caught up, it made me rethink how this all works.

BLK.
I agree with the majority of what you say BLK. We'll definitely have to see how it all plays out to see what happens within the market. One point I want to respond to: Cost will not be a factor for these sting operations. Honestly, the biggest discussions being had with LEO agencies right now (at the top levels) is how they keep each other informed so that they aren't overlapping and stepping on each other's toes.
The Law itself funds for training and enforcement costs. Most departments will be applying for and receiving funding from Raleigh. Further, a component of my job has me looking at the grant databases. I was really shocked to see at least 30 new available grants pop up in the past two weeks from public and private funding sources for local and county agencies in North Carolina who can apply to receive money for stings. All of these available grants provided more than $30 k per release, and some of them had as many as 15 available releases. This means that it funds 15 separate stings. Basically every phony baloney family values organization in the Carolinas has taken up collections to pay for stings. That money has never been available to these agencies before, and of course they can combine funding sources for bigger operations. The biggest issue, however is the fact that three full HSI Teams are now operating in NC. Even California only has one, with their larger pop and geography. Each one of these has over 100 dedicated federal agents. In most situations they will split the teams into 3 or 4 smaller units that try to set people up in different areas. Those teams were previously aimed at Pimps and Providers, and they are now mostly aimed at Mongers for reverse stings in this state now. Because these are federal ops, they have pre-allocated funding from our Rich Uncle.
Recent dream with Jessica.
She has been declining in service and isn't worth seeing in my opinion.
Poor skills and the new titles really seem to hand elected ask the other parts of her service. Take my advice and pass her over.

Nobody on this forum has ever promoted trafficking or any underage activities. In fact, it's always been 100% in support of going after such activities because of one simple reason: It's not the enjoyment of sex between two consenting adults, it's abuse, etc. This law is so fucking puritanical and insane, it's criminalizing everything adults do together sexually of their own free choice. Sure, are some girls doing this and addicted to drugs and caught in the habit, yes. This won't stop that. But most do it because they want to do it. They don't want to work at McDonalds. This gives them income, freedom, control over their schedules, travel and other benefits basically difficult to obtain even in most decent paying white color jobs. So I look forward to some bigger fish getting snared by this and watching the fucking fallout while their lives are turned upside down very publicly.
Saw this one recently. Visit was early afternoon. Comms were good and at a decent place and I was there in a few minutes. First impressions were damn she's tall, and a big framed lady. Had a little baby bump. Looks like her pics. Down to business as I'm in for qv. Nice BBBJ and she enjoys it. Turns around and lays on her chest with ass up and legs open, just as in one of her photos. I had to stand in the bed with a squat cause she long legged. I went in and to my surprise her pussy was tight and felt good. Went at it for a bit and no complaints, she was into it. Finish and nice small talk and I'm out.
