Milfman.[/QUOTE]Not to beat a dead horse but when I read this article, it didn't make sense they were arrested for a "felony". Here's the TN code related to practicing massage without a license and it states emphatically it's a class B misdemeanor:

"63-18-104. License required.

(a) Persons or massage establishments engaged in massage for compensation shall be licensed by the massage licensure board.

(b) Any person or establishment who advertises or engages in massage for compensation without a current valid license from the massage licensure board commits a Class B misdemeanor. It is unlawful to use the word "massage" or any other term that implies massage technique or method when advertising a service by a person who is not licensed under this chapter or another chapter of state law. ".

I'm no lawyer, just curious as to how they can be charged with a felony.

39-16-302. Impersonation of licensed professional.

(a) It is unlawful for any person who is not licensed to do so, to practice or pretend to be licensed to practice a profession for which a license certifying the qualifications of the licensee to practice the profession is required.

(b) A violation of this section is a Class E felony.

Have been to Head to Toe each of the last 3 weekends and I have to report that they give one of the best legitimate massages in Ktown. My work situation is killing my back and the massages here are really excellent. Wish they had more but there is a good amount of teasing. Especially when you get the 90 minute massage. I finally took the liberty of having a dream about the talented and well reviewed Jillybean.
