That's pretty general or normal with this hobby. It can be a big time suck but without putting the time in you'll never know what might happen. Sorry couldn't give you a straight answer on it it as it's a little bit of the luck of when you go.
Like with any adult venue, you have to commit to spending time there.
If you are expecting some action, when you first walk in, you will most likely be disappointed.
I have been to many of the adult bookstores across America, America, nine of them have I been able to predict when something is happening. Unless they have way to transmit the info on the web, I. E. the Jefferson in Portland, Portland, gad a way, you end up taking your chances and spending money without any success.
Gotcha, yea it is kinda hard to find out if anyone is there or who as taste varys per person. I think I will gamble on their big party coming up, or maybe 1 more time at the bookstore will see how this winter affects it.

Hit or miss, really capture something deeper than the experiences in this hobby. Of all the places like this I visited, the one where there were just as, or even more hits, is Fantasyland (1&2) in Tampa. But, as I was saying, the "hit or miss" aspect of it, seems to be a much more profound phenomena, in that the "misses" are what make the "hits" so remarkable and worth coming back, again and again, to the point of addiction. In fact, even in life, itself, most people, most of the time, fail more than succeed, and thus, the addiction to life, despite its vicissitudes.

Last weeks valentine party was an all facility party. Meaning, the party room, the theatre, the spa, the booths. There were over 400 people attending that party. Next week is a party room only party.

Doc Lizardo here, your internet buddy, with a long overdue recap of the amazing Valentines Day Party at 15th Ave. On Saturday 2/12/22, hosted by your humble narrator.
What happens when you don't hold a huge lifestyle party for a little over 2 months in the dead of winter? You get one of the largest events ever at 15th Ave. Adult Theater & Party Room!
Those of you that were there that cold February evening know the type of turnout we had! The line waiting to get into the Party Room went clear down the spa hall, through the door, and snaked into the arcade area! I have never personally seen that in my 9 years hosting events at 15th Ave. Before that night!
I can only remember 2 Halloween parties in 2017 and 2018 that had more couples in attendance!
The number of party attendees (female and male alike) decked out in all red was incredible to see! It set the tone for a fun and steamy night!
The Sexy Dance Contest showcased some incredibly sexy ladies doing their thing on stage and between the poles! Your rundown:
Courtney. Looking GREAT in a tight red cocktail dress!
Raven. Super sexy outfit with all the right moves!
Gia. A multi-time wiener of the SDC, she was tan and sexy as Hell!
Linda. Another legendary lady of the 15th Ave. Events, her energy level was CRANKED up!
Emily. Her dance was AMAZING, and the front row got an eyeful!
Alley Cat. Alley Cat wasted no time peeling back the layers of her sexy outfit!
Jaynie. Another past SDC wiener was back, is a GREAT red and white outfit!
Shelly. Shelly must have been taking notes, because she BROUGHT IT when her name was called!
Tilly. First timer Tilly, in her TIGHT red dress, dark hair, and cute dark framed glasses brought the house down!
Rebecca. A late entry to the SDC, this Latin spitfire turned UP the heat, and at 2 points, turned it upside down!
Mrs. HD. MY good friend and SDC former wiener, Mrs. HD was back, showcasing her assets in her TIGHT dress! Wow!
Annabelle. The super sexy, super tan, and super fit Annabelle was back (another former wiener), giving the front row (and back row) a sexy show!
All the ladies brought it, and got a big round of applause at the conclusion! The top three scores (based on the Lizardo 69 Applause Meter):
1. Rebecca 2. Tilly 3. Annabelle.
The winners chose their new, best vibrating friend from the prize bag, and off we were for the rest of the evenings festivities.
The theater was packed all night, and especially after the dance contest! New friends were made, and old friends were re-acquainted!
In closing, it was great to see so many new and regular guest's faces after our little sabbatical over December and January! WE have a BIG year of parties and events scheduled for you in 2022!

As I'm a rookie to 15th Ave, I'm curious what to expect. The reviews here often mention at atmosphere of clingy / pushy men. Has anyone been there recently? Any experiences you can share? Any tips?
