Two thumbs up for M10. I've visited twice. This past Thursday and today. I give the place a thumbs up. Its been years since we had young and hot like this. Door fee isn't cheap, but I felt it was worth it. I think korean, but one never knows. My vocabulary isn't reall strong, but she knew. Great time and conversation too. Treat her well and you'll have a great time.

Went to the shop at the address given for a quick rub and tug a few weeks ago. Did the thirty minute forty dollar rub and opted for the BJ, she left the room and came back with plastic wrap. Scottsdale mulls changes that would toughen massage-licensing rules.

Summary. Sometime before July 1st Scottsdale to draft changes to "crack down" on illigitmate massage parlors but increasing the license fee from from $260 to $300 and require an "on-site manager" who "acts as a contact point and have a city-issued I'd card."

Various massage owners are interviewed briefly by ABC 15 TV News at 6pm and 10pm 3/29/12. The manager of Valley Ho Hotel thinks resort spas should not be included. A rolfer thinks they should be excluded. Donna Par owner of Par Exsalonse at DC Ranch She believes guidelines are needed."We are in it for the health of the body, and that's the most (important thing)," she said.

They already pay additional fees for annual fingerprinting and background checks required.

Apparantly this is due to a big crime wave that is rubbing some the wrong way and is needed to "Enhance public health and safety."

There were two violations last year on the city's code governing massage licenses held by over 140 establishments.

The first, on April 13, involved an employee at the 7th Heaven Massage, which was cited for hiring an unlicensed therapist, Scottsdale police said. The second occurred on Dec. 14 at the Hilton Garden Inn, where a female escort arrived from an off-site location. The citation was for lacking a massage-therapist license, police said.

In May 2010, Scottsdale police arrested two people on suspicion of operating three massage parlors as a front for prostitution. Three massage therapists also were arrested on suspicion of prostitution. Two of the locations were in Scottsdale and a third was in Mesa.

Certain changes would give police "a few more enforcement options" for bad seeds in the industry, Scottsdale police Cmdr. Scott Popp said. Popp would like the City Council to adopt the proposed changes before its summer break.

Visited a buddy for lunch in PHX yesterday. Saw a sign for massage at the Comfort Zone (on Palm Ln. Just west of 23rd Ave.). Didn't want a massage, but stopped in for a recon. Early to mid 40's Kgirl working the window. Said the standard rates. Open 10A. 8P. Location of this place is REALLY different. Last time I was in there, cindy gave me the ts and paid some attention to the boys. I asked her if she was on the menu, she laughed and said her kitty was closing up, if you want masssagee I give massagee and glanced down and said more massagee. Nothing else, I am too old for this.

I did my reseach after reading this board. I went to Craigslist or Backpage and the only M10 I saw was in Mesa. I guess I can assume that this is the M10 being talked about? I did not see another one. I was just surprised that it said Mesa. After looking at the map given I then saw that Mesa is just east of Pheonix. Amazing what research can do. I was also considering trying Health Care Massage after reading a few posts. Decisions decisions. Just wanted to be sure that I was going to the right place thats all. I was sorry to see that it closes early (10pm). Oh well.

I've now been to both of these fine establishments. I must say M10 is the superior based on service and look. I've never been to a place where the girls were quite as pretty. The price is a little high, but compared to the lousy I'm used to I say its worth it. At M10 I saw Cindy who is very sexy with beautiful ta tas. She gives a fantastic TS with lots of erotic touches but would only finish with CBJ, still a amazing finish. I saw soda too but since I hear she is now gone not worth mentioning.

I'm not doing this much any more, but today I visited one of the usual places with the big red sign that says "Massage." It's on the west side of Scottsdale Road, the closest one to Mercer. I visited this same one several months ago and received a very good 1 hour sensual massage with no extras. My wife can give me the extras so I went again looking for the same 1 hour massage.

Went in, paid my. 60 for the hour. Not the young woman of before but now an older woman probably about 40. She takes me back to the room and starts the massage. The internal clock in my head was telling me that this massage was going too fast and once upon the flip, she spent a few more minutes massaging then going towards the extra services. She didn't mention any price and I didn't need to get up for my wallet so I natually assume the tip is my discretion based on the complete customer service experience.

She finishes and as I'm getting dressed, I look at my watch and realize it's only been 30 minutes since I came in. When she returns, I tell her that I paid for an hour and only received 30 minutes. She tells me I can take off my clothes and get back on the table. I decline. I hand her. 25 for a tip and she says the price is. 60. I tell her I gave her. 60 when I arrived for an hour. She says that's for the house and I must pay her. I again bring up that she only gave me 30 minutes of massage when I paid for 60. She's not happy and I leave having dropped a total of. 85.

I have no guilty conscience here for giving her a small tip. She over-collected for the house fee and can get. 20 from my over-payment there. There was no agreement of tip and the customer service was poor. I have no problem pissing off a place that operates with a focus on the tip and ignores the basic service the customer paid for.

Interesting that the same place with different women can provide such different experiences.
