Took a spin down the ave Tuesday, not much going on, GD thing for reg with cell phones.

Yesterday night before the snow started around 6-7 pm, I took a short drive around the area. After a few loops I spotted Heather and Laurie all bundled up. Passed on both. I also saw a young, tall, thick, blonde with black rimmed glasses wearing an Adidas track suit unzipped to show cleavage in the 32 degree weather. Have never seen her before. This young lady looked. Suspicious. She was staring at cars between Auto Zone and Preston st. Most certainly new given her demeanor and weight. I passed because her behavior didn't add up. Anyone else spot her or have info?
