I agree with you 100. From a LE perspective, I would not have any issues with seeing her. My biggest concern, as you have pointed out, would be with the heroin charge and the possible drug use.

I don't know her, have not seen her and more than likely never will, but I think that associating her with LE is unwarranted.

Being in the public view for this kind of a thing would not help my job or family situation. Of course, if I were concerned only with those things, I wouldn't be pursuing this hobby.

Has anyone here done any bartering for services. I've come into the possession (quite legally) of a brand new laptop that, frankly, I have no use for. I'm wondering if anyone has had any success with a trade-off with any good, quality providers for such equipment. If you have some feedback either post here or PM if you don't want it public. Thanks![/QUOTE]I have bartered my photo services with some success. The one caveat is that you should know in advance if you actually like to see the lady. I have quit offering barter to new to me ladies because I have had several situations where I was really disappointed in the session that I got in trade. Also make sure you and the lady agree totally on what the barter deal is. If the laptop is worth what she charges for 3 one hour sessions then trade it for two sessions. But again, knowing the provider will make it easier to collect on the debt.

The money economy originally developed because bartering is inherently inefficient. If I were you, I would sell the laptop on Craigslist, and use the proceeds for your hobbying.

Once you give the provider the laptop, chances are you never see her again. There are no providers in this area, or anywhere, I can think of who are worth a new laptop for one pop. Maybe if you had one you liked well enough to take on an extended trip. Or you could see if you could get her to wait for pay off until after she'd earned the laptop. Otherwise I think you might be better off selling it for what you can and using the cash.

Also have paid bills and gotten the same result, was a lesson for me. Not something I would do again.

If you could list its specifications and all that technical mumbo-jumbo, that might help.

I am just curious, how long does it take for your posts to show? It usually takes over 24 hours or more for my posts to appear. I understand posts have to be screened but I was just curious to know if this is normal.

If you're vetted / a senior member, they do so instantly.

Walmart is advertising laptops from $298 and up. They are all decent. Some are refurbished. None of them are dogs since all modern laptops eclipse anything you may have more than 2 years old.
