As far as I can tell, the site is hosted on servers in Amsterdam. Well outside the DOJ's jurisdiction. It's possible that the Netherlands authorities did something but that too seems unlikely given that prostitution is tolerated more in Europe than it is here. It's far more likely that there is a server problem. I'd wait a day or two to see if the problem clears up.
