They are often just north of mass ave on 12th. It starts around 3:30 and runs until dawn. You can also RTFF and it will help you. The other morning was on my way into the city for some work and decided to give the current high volume area a look. Saw quite a few still out at about 0630 passed by her the first time and drew the attention of a light-skinned BSW. This one had just hopped out of some dudes car and was waving down everyone. Saw a much more discreet super tall BSW that caught my eye. Almost ran the first one over trying to make the turn to come back around. Second time got Nina to notice hop in and we went down to a spot over by a few blocks and did a quick CBJ for (.5 +.1) for tip. This was one of the best I've had in a long time, maybe ever. She provided the digits and I dropped her by that shop on 11th everyone waits outside of all morning. I see now for myself why she's recommended. Most likely will repeat this nice new for me find.

Surprised to see the LWSs out and about, actually don't remember seeing them all that often even in the hay days of the loop. No action on the loop, other than one that looked like a sting (probably wasn't just had that vibe). Lot of action off track, though. Where I saw the three LWSs. Crystal is worth a whirl if you're out and about.
Saturday night / Sunday morning. Action until surprisingly late and good selection out and about. Two newish brunettes out along with the two blondes and Courtney. Couple of the LWS out too. Surprisingly good selection and no LEO until they cleared the streets quite late. Even better, very few to no mongers.
I decided to try give the SW scene a try and after RTFF, I had set off for the W. VA ave loop around midnight last Saturday. I saw about 5 BSWs on W. VA alone and 4 BSWs on K st. None of them had caught my interest except one that looked like a petite BSW on K st. After seeing a monger decline her services, I was curious and pulled up on the opposite side of the street, and motioned to come over. As soon she got to my passenger window, I immedaitely asked if she was a man. He / she giggled and said sorry. Yikes! I drove off in disgust. Don't be fooled my fellow mongers, these trannys are spending good money on deceit.
I then took NY ave to head back home and saw a diverse trio of WSW, LSW, and BSW standing in the middle of the street before making the right on Okie st. They all looked like bunch of 3s on the looks scale, except for the LSW that looked a solid 6. Looped around to their street and they all swarmed to my car window. Made a check with the BSW and asked for the LSW's rate through the BSW. The BSW said $ for HH which is outrageous. Tried to haggle down but to no avail. I declined and went home as it was 3am at that point. Maybe riding the loop around 5am will yield better results.

Friday morning was out and about on the loop about an hour before it got bright. Cruised around and saw quite a few BSW who were not quite the spinner type but now BBW. Mostly these were close to spinner type, but with more curvature. Almost picked up one of the 3 blonde BSW but was a bit spooked after passing the unmanned MPD cruiser on my first lap down "Dirty Dozen Way". Didn't find too much else in the vicinity so went back around towards a cross street to come back around for a short haired spinner type BSW when I spotted a LSW in blue top and reddish booty shorts. She got in and we rolled to a spot few blocks down and I negotiated a CBJ for 0. 5 because during the check she pulled her shirt over her quite nice C's and revealed my Kryptonite, a gut.
