I will like to ask very politely, and without wishing at all any hot discussion on the topic, but is the amp scene friendly to a caucasian guy in Honolulu? I am international traveller and have done some Chinese houses in places like Barcelona. Thank you and I welcome your recommendation.

I've yet to indulge in an AMP. Though I have been a "those" massage parlors which claim to be legit and will provide "extras" if your lucky. I have yet to be one of these men (lucky).

Unlike some places in their Asian homelands, IMHO the AMPs here are pretty much "foreigner friendly". Here, it's more about the money than your ethnicity.
Of course, as with anyplace in the world, YMMV.

If you have "green" in your wallet, AMPs in Honolulu don't care if you're white. :) There are many white customers who regularly patronize AMPs in Honolulu, and I don't know of any AMP in Honolulu that prohibits or discriminates against white guys.
