I've poked at this a bit with some of the MTs but I'm not convinced I've gotten a good answer. I assume that the shop, FS or HJ, keeps the entire fee for the time. The question is do the girls have to share a fixed amount from their tips with the shop? A percentage wouldn't work as tips vary. And does it differ between FS and HJ shops? Just curious if anyone on the board has insight.

With most FS spas the "therapist" works for tips only and the spa owner keeps all of the house fee.

I was told by a provider she gets 20 out of the $40 fee at a foot place on Beach. That's an unusual percentage but $20 out of the $60 fees s little more common. I've heard zero at the six stars. And I don't think anyone shares tip. Some get charged a $300 rent fee at the owners place. Bamboo has a number of girls Mindy provides transportation and housing to. Lily across the street at Lucky same thing whether they live there or not. I heard that some charge a fee for oil. Tough biz.

I don't know about places that are discussed frequently in this forum, but sadly a lot of girls in this industry are trafficked and are working to pay off their debt to their smugglers, which often is somewhere around $50 k. When you're in a place where the girl leaves the room to get a condom after you've negotiated and agreed on service and wants her tip up front, there's a good chance she has to get the condom from the MMS. Now the MMS knows she's going to do FS and expects to receive a certain amount from her tip money. AFAIK, places like Bamboo don't have trafficked girls and that's a big part of why I'm very choosy about which MPs I will visit. I think the system is going to vary quite a bit from place to place.
