The room is in your name and until you get it out of your name by checking out, it is yours. Period.

I once allowed a provider to keep a room, per our agreement, even though I was not very comfortable with it. After I left, I decided to park at a nearby restaurant where I was out of sight but could observe things. Sure enough, not long after, there were all kinds of shenanigans going on, at one point, there were at least 7-8 people inside the room. There was no doubt what was going on in there. I would have felt much better if a monger was seen going in but that was not the case, at least not during the time I was watching.
