I downloaded Aloha browser to use its VPN. 1st time I tried, I got banned but realized I hadn't turned on the VPN, so I tried again. Created a new profile, new email, new e-gift card. Had the VPN on, totally bogus billing info, and still got banned. How?!

How are you guys starting new profiles after getting banned? I'm thinking of just cutting my losses at this point.

Which is splitting hairs and totally ridiculous. They also seem to have developed some additional tools to catch people who were there previously and banned.

In addition to a VPN, you should be using a User-Agent Switcher plugin on your browser. It changes the info your browser sends to their servers, like which OS you're using, which broswer and what platform you're on. You'd be surprised what our computers are sending to servers everytime we pull up a website.

I wrote an email asking to be reinstated, that I did nothing wrong, and that you can't cancel my account without refunding money. They of course didn't respond, but I could then easily (simultaneously) dispute the charge with my CC company, and they upheld the dispute without any questions. You should at least be able to get your money back.
