The things you listed might help, but not necessary for the most part. Here's my two cents in regards to BB with kgirls only.

1) looks do play a role sometimes, but necessary. These girls are not primarily doing this to get married or find a bf. I've seen girls when I was very fit and when I gained 20 pounds of weight. Got more BB after I gained weight than when I had abs.
