I did not notice any new arrests of workers or mongers.

Thanks for sharing such a well-detailed report with us. One thing left out and hopefully you have learned from this experience is that you should ALWAYS carry a HO-phone. In addition to several other points that can be added regarding errors in judgment you made, this one speaks loudest to me. Another tidbit I would add is once you make such a wise investment, use it!
