So while I have not seen this "Junky Julie" or the negative Backpage Reviews for her, I'd be surprised if this is the same person that I found in the Woodlawn Area. The Julie I'm talking about has been nothing but nice, and friendly to me, and could have stolen my phone without me realizing it at first as she needed one, and I forgot that I left it in the passenger seat where she was sitting on top of it during our encounter.[/QUOTE]I always get good service from her also. I haven't been able to pull any of it up. Kinda disappointing if she's not as nice of a gal as I thought she was, but if it is her, I guess it is what it is though.

Based just on the experiences that I had with her, I would have never suspected her of doing anything like that. I guess the saying, "Your Mileage May Vary", applies very much with her, and with whatever might be going on in her life.

I've seen her out there a few times before and even picked her up once but that was probably 6 months or so ago. She was still with her bf and was trying to get up enough money for a room. She had a long sad story of how she got there. (Dope) He was sitting in the car waiting for her to get the money up.

I had time to kill in town yesterday so I rode to SC. Not intending to participate but just to look around. There wrre a bew BSW out and about. I saw a woman that appeared to be pregnant who asked for a ride. I gave her a lift to one of the hotels. When I got there she said that she had a room with a friend and her friend would leave for 20. I figured I'd chance it knowing it was probably a line of bs. I sat there for a minute after she left and heard a big commotion. Once it settled I decided to leave. I couldn't see what happened but didn't want to wait to see if Uncle rolled in. Before a left a black guy approached with a cute black girl and asked if I was interested. Dye to the commotion I wanted to leave so I declined. As I rounded the corner I saw the purse of the woman I gave the ride to spilled in the parking lot and she wasnowhere to be seen. Can't say if she is just a thief or something legitimately happened.

On Woodlawn saw a couple WSW out. One was a slim blonde with a nice body. Saw a nice black girl sitting by the offices but she didn't appear to be working. One guy claimed he worked at the club there and said several girls from the club stay in the hotel there and play.

RF was dead.

On Freedom I saw a slim WSW with a killer body but ugly face. But saw no other.

All of this was during the day.

There was a person in a vehicle eyeballing her and myself from a bit of a distance which caused me to hold back from motioning to her in any way. I am not mistaken, I know when I'm being watched. Now whether this person was a pimp, fellow hobbyist or uncle I guess I'll never know. She made eye contact several times which I returned and smiled but she never approached. Due to the spectator and your report Ranger, I decided to leave after a while. Maybe I dodged a bullet but her tight little ass had the little head winning the battle. She probably thinks I'm a cop or a creep for sitting there scoping out the situation but I didn't want to get jammed up, it's Chinese night at home and I was jonesin for some gen Tso's!

Made a few visits through a couple of areas over a couple of days. Sometimes there was activity, and sometimes there wasn't. What you'd call the typical on & off pattern for many SW areas.

[B]Eddleman St[/B] - Saw three SWs out on Eddleman. Two BSWs, and one WSW. One of them called out to me calling me "Daddy" as I was passing by, and walked quickly towards my car before I continued on. She was ready to get on that money, but I was just passing through. Wasn't looking to pick anyone up on that particular stroll. The WSW was a skinny blonde, sitting on the ground with her legs spread wide open in some tight spandex, where you could easily make out the shape of her curves. That was nice.

[B]Woodlawn[/B] - Saw a few WSWs out on Woodlawn. Also noticed the SWs and I was being watched from multiple spots too. One guy was standing behind a tree, and appeared to be keeping watch of one WSW. Others were seen around corners, and up on the balcony over by the Quality Inn. I don't think they were LE affiliated, and they weren't all up next to the SWs like that had been sometimes in the past, but it still made me a little uneasy to be watched so closely. It was as though they were staring in some cases.

Also saw a couple walking on foot. The female was pregnant, and I suspected a BSW. She wore a white tank top, with no bra, nipples sticking out about half a mile long, and waving her arm in the air to get my attention as I first passed them by. Upon returning, the guy asked for a ride to the Motel 6. Since it was the guy that talked to me, and the impression I got was that they both expected to get a ride, I just told him I wasn't comfortable with it and rode on. I think they may have been worried about me possibly being a LEO, but with them both wanting a ride, I was worried about the guy possibly wanting to rob me or do something once my guard was down. So I decided to pass on that.

I think I might have possibly seen Snowy out there near the Quality Inn. Can't say for sure, but whoever it was, they looked to be in pretty bad shape. If it was Snowy, it was only a slight resemblance as whoever this was looked pretty rough as to be just about fubar (fucked up beyond all recognition).

[B]Sugar Creek[/B] - Saw Amber and her mom out. Also saw a brunette WSW on Reagan near the Garden Inn Suites that looked like the daughter of a Russian SW that I got a BBBJ from over a year ago. She had nice, D cups I'd say. She wanted to do 0. 40 damage, I offered 0. 20 damage, and she declined and walked away, which I was okay with as she did not look twice as good as a SW that would only do 0. 20 damage. As a matter of fact, her teeth looked a little messed up, and appeared to be a little hot and sweaty from being out walking.

I've also noticed a new "No Trespassing & No Loitering Sign" up on Reagan around the curve on the side of Reagan that the Exxon is on. I didn't get to read all of what it said on the sign, and don't know if that means they can arrest the SWs on site, without warning on that section of Reagan or not, but it makes me wonder since I have not seen any activity on that part of Reagan or next to the Exxon gas station for a good while, with that having been a hotspot area in the past.

[B]Rozzelles Ferry[/B] - Saw a few BSWs, and one WSW near the Race Way gas station by Linwood Ave. The WSW I saw looked like she was drunk as a skunk. Couldn't walk straight, and appeared to be telling off some black guy with one hand, and the other holding a nice cold one. I've also noticed what I think may have been some newly posted "No Trespassing" signs on Crigler St, which is right next to the Race Way gas station. For a long time, I had thought who ever lives over there, and owns that property must be okay with the SWs because they've used that road forever, but with the newly posted "no trespassing" signs I wonder if something had happened over there such as LE having a little talk to them about all the SW activity on their street.

They learn how the uncle works, what they use, and who they are. If she was acting nervous due to his presence you should probably be nervous as well.

I went hunting yesterday in the Woodlawn area and I saw GIANT freaking LEO tower posted in the Gentlemen's Club area. If you pass the Gentlemen's Club and keep going straight down, it will be posted across from the two hotels on the left hand side. You can't miss it! I bailed immediately as my spider sense started to tingle. DO NOT hunt in an area when the block is hot. You never know who is an undercover trying to get charges dropped by doing stings for LEO. Woodlawn is on absolute fire. Do not risk being caught in a sting op! You have been warned!

You have been warned![/QUOTE]That tower has been out there for quite some time now, and from what I can tell, people just do their business elsewhere and don't worry about the tower too much. As for their being undercovers out there, that's always a risk in a city that has LE budget as large as Charlotte's, but so far I have not seen any evidence of that there as I have in other SW areas. The main LE risk for the Woodlawn area would appear to be random patrols, and them coming out in response to any complaints they receive from anyone in the community.

I know the owner of the steakhouse on Woodlawn has made a big fuss about the SWs in the past, and suspect the restaurants behind his may have done the same. At one point in the past, I believe they were organizing together, and signing a petition for LE to take more action against the SWs. So if any of them saw anything going on near their businesses, I believe they would likely call LEO to come out.

I've also seen what might be an off duty LEO at the Bojangles a number of times. He wasn't wearing a blue CMPD uniform. He was wearing one of the brown shirt uniforms that typically only the LEOs that work at the jails, and courthouse wear. What you might call a Sheriff's dept uniform. It was unclear if he was there just to get lunch, and it was just coincidental I've seen him over there a few times whenever I passed through, or if he was hired by Bojangles as an off duty LEO to provide them with security. But whatever the case may be, I just don't see the LE tower as being the biggest thing to be concerned about over there if you stay away from it. I'd consider it random patrols, or responses to calls that would be the greatest LE related risk for that area.
