I agree Gansett there could be several reasons why the girls do this. I think part of it is because of the people who do know shows. Made an appointment with Kelly and I have to say what a freakin waste of time and money. Scott was easy to deal with as far as setting things up. Very frustrating to her and I can sympathize. In the end, it only screws things up for those who do keep appts as the trust factor is out the window and they end up taking the next available client and we end up getting bumped or delayed. On the flip side, I've had a few times where I'm on my way, call a couple of times to confirm and get no answer (at which point I immediately go home) or have been cancelled on at the last minute after having made arrangements days in advance (I know, sh#t happens).
