If you are ok with a pharma SW or even a mentally disturbed one, then do the Wash. Eme - Rur loop. Jump in between Sher and mix it up. Stay away from Shade after dark. Nothing there. I'm a midnight crawler so Chelli4 me will have more daylight options.
West on Tib and 10, 12 etc. Never has anything worth spinning around for IMO. Once again, depends on if you want dirty / nasty or a little bit more freshly scented. Read some earlier posts on the Kroger area. In the dead of summer on a 90 degree day is the absolute worst time to hunt. I am not surprised you saw nothing. But, no, the east side has not dried up horribly. It may not be what it used to be but there is activity. I have checked out the eastside stroll a few times this summer at dusk and there is always at least something going on. It can't be stressed enough that there is no rhyme, reason or schedule when it comes to SW"s. While it isn't a guarantee, at this time of year you really increase your chances if you hunt 8 pm through morning.

Any other time it's after dark and usually after midnight. It could just be bad timing for me recently. If Citgo is empty, it'll have activity within an hour but I've never seen anything I'd recommend there.
