In your 350 private deal scenario, who would pay for the hotel room? Someone has to pay. Whoever is paying the room cost is not going to be better off at 350.
Some girls can't or might not want to host. Even if you say you will host, the commute time for the girl to and from your place is at least an hour. Is she really better off at 350 for 2 hours (one hour commute time plus one hour private time) when she could potentially make 450 in 2 hours at the agency. Sure, she would have to fuck 2 guys at the agency, but it's more money.
