After having little luck finding the type of hotel room I'd like to stay in, I'm strongly contemplating rental property in the Nashville metro area. Since I'm not from Nashville and have spent very little time there for recreational purposes, I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for areas that would work well. I believe some of the agencies may rent apartments for their girls to use, but I'm not sure about this. If this is the case, can anyone advise the general areas in which these apartments might be located? (I'm not looking to be in the same complex or ANYTHING like that; I'd just like a general idea of what has definitely worked out in the past.)

My preferences would be:

- Not dangerous.

- Not too "neighborly" (no older people monitoring everyone who comes and goes, LOL)

- Outside of Davidson County.

- Furnished and on month-to-month or three-month lease.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I'm a little lost searching the ads online, because I don't know neighborhoods well enough to determine whether the safety and privacy factors are met. Also, if anyone thinks that this is a BAD idea, please let me know, as well. I'm just disgruntled at the the idea of paying for hotels night after night when an apartment seems to be a more economical option.

Even if there is a furnished place on a month-to-month or three-month lease: they're surely going to demand a hefty pre-payment (three-month's rent + "damage"deposit) of cash, & probably credit-checks / rental-references / security-checks; & if the landlord / management suspects what you're doing they could kick you out with NO NOTICE (since you'd be operating a criminal enterprise in their property, doubtless in direct violation of the terms of the lease-agreement) + refuse to refund ANY of your money (rent OR deposit) & there is probably no legal recourse if they do! So how much cash-investment can you afford to lose? Not to mention: what happens if the landlord / property-owner or his management suspects what you're using it for &, rather just evicting you immediately without warning, decides to cooperate with the L' E' O's to plant "bugs" (camera's + microphones) in the apartment to get evidence against both you + your clients? While hotel / motel management might evict you immediately if they suspect what you're doing: they probably wouldn't let you stay there for an extended time while they allow L' E' O's to surreptitiously "bug" the room!

These kinds of safety / security issues are why I prefer having an out-call Lady come to my room: so that neither she nor I are drawing attention to ourselves by having alot of "traffic" entering & exiting! I realize that doing out-calls is both scarier + more inconvenient for the Lady, & many won't do them for that reason, but I think that if she is screening & verifying me before she arrives then she isn't at substantially more risk of harm than she would be by having me come to her in-call & she should know that the risk of a "sting" is the same either way if she fails to screen-out an under-cover detective anyway; if she agrees to what the detective wants they have the necessary evidence for an arrest even if she's in her own place when she says it!
