If I had to guess she plays favorites with clients and will bump you off the schedule or just ignore you if you aren't one of her favorites. Too much uncertainty with her availability and communication for me to try again. Being busy is not an excuse for not being able to send a 10 second text to inform a client you will be running late, it's just rude and unprofessional.

When I was scheduling to meet up with her the comms were pretty good, I asked her a bunch of questions (a lot of providers get mad at that) and for a verification pic and she kindly obliged in a timely manner. Something has clearly changed between now and then. As someone else said she has a nosy neighbor and can no longer work from home. She said she would have to get a hotel room from now on if she want's to keep doing this and I'm assuming she probably doesn't have enough clients right now to make that feasible. Doesn't excuse the bad comms though. Hate getting you guys hopes up with a good review for you to have the exact opposite experience. I think at least a few visits are needed with a provider to know exactly what you're dealing with, so many Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde type situations with these providers.
