For me, I'm not waiting and if I don't get a response in 10-15 minutes I'm looking elsewhere. Frankly this hobby is about convenience and filling my free time. I'm not trying to book 4 hours in advance. Let's face it, we know that we are already supporting a habit in most cases, but we don't have to put up with poor service prior to getting below average (Jville is bad) from a provider.
