As I was told by a legal beagal
I am not familiar with the legal limitations of camera use, but I would still have to respectfully disagree. If you are in fact in public business or any other public or private location, that either allows or requires you to remove some or all of your clothing to receive a legitimate service or benefit, that the location offers, I would not expect to find any video or audio recording devices, unless I was made aware that they were in use there, and even then, their use may be questionable. I believe there is definitely an expectation of privacy behind closed doors of many places. I would also not expect to find a covert camera in a private room within a doctor's office, locker room, public restroom, a physical therapy area, a tanning bed, a nude beach or anywhere else that clothing is likely to be totally or partially removed at any time during the visit. Without question, illegal things may happen, and have happened, in each of those places mentioned, and many other areas considered to public as well, but that in no way excuses an expectation of privacy with the use of cameras, simply because of any potential of other than legal things happening there.
You can not record anyone in a state of undress in any way without their consent! Due to an issue with a family member, I have cameras on my property and inside my house. None in the bathroom or bedrooms. But have them located showing entry to them. I also have a microphone in a ceiling that allows just about the whole main living area to be recorded.

Laws are going to vary by state, but I was surprised about the legality of using surveillance in dressing rooms when the purpose is to control shrinkage. I also found this story on two young ladies spotting a camera during their session at the AMP interesting and supposedly legal in that locale:

When you take the title of my post and add Waco Tx to it you will also find some interesting articles from early this year. In Waco, following closure of AMP, LE uses the in room surveillance footage to arrest mongers since the negotiations were captured. A couple of bad apples were being sought for more serious charges for their use of force with their masseuse. I didn't provide a link because of all the mugshots.
If stopped while leaving an AMP, my story was always going to be "no officer, I only come here for the excellent massage". I have issue with video being captured in the room that might prove otherwise should that business be raided. I would prefer not to be on video at all, but I understand the safety aspect of surveillance for entering / leaving a business. I will be watching for this in rooms going forward. Sure I may not uncover hidden cams, but in my linked story above the camera was in plain sight for someone that was looking to notice it. All of this is certainly food for thought.
Relax Massage On Kenwood Rd.
I have just returned from RM on Kenwood and I tried a 90 min massage. Let me just say the new girl gave me the BEST massage ever. I had a messed up back, hamstring, and my left foot has been killing me for two weeks. I didn't even want a HE. For the first time in forever I'm not in pain. She's straight up legit the best massage I've ever had. I almost fell asleep. She was laughing at that. Very nice. She was concerned I didn't like her but in reality I was so relaxed I didn't want anything else! Haha.
Side note, another female came in and I heard her say "Can you use my toy on me this time? I really liked that" I guess women come here too!
Something smells in Denmark 🇩127472;
Look below at two posts in a row, one from Salamander and one from Cincinnati72.
Both posts have exact same wording. One person-two aliases. I smell a rat? Admin?
Not to argue or start an argument

If you was to go back 2 or 3 pages he also replied to anothers post the same way. It is the way he replies to a post, doesn't mean he is a cop. Salamander has been on the boards for awhile and has given me info that was legit and truthful.
