" you ask them to take the conversation offsite, to texting, Telegram, WhatsApp or whatever. Then you run your scam on them. Prepayment, sad sob stories, vet bills, babysitters, you name it. Hopefully all of y'all have learned some lessons about those and others.
But you can get a refund! Just report the user on their site (the 3-dot menu to the right of their header in messages, or over on the right side in the profile page, the "Block or Report" button). You'll get a templated email letting you know THEY TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY (lol) but also asking you to prove it. First, take screenshots of both the messages on WYP, and in the texting app BEFORE you report them. WYP will cut them off from you after you report them, so YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SCREENSHOT THE MESSAGES. Because why would they let you do this easily? Keep the scammer's missives handy, and paste your story back to them in the email response requesting evidence. And let them know they really suck at this, and they shouldn't treat their paying customers like shit.
I got really fucking tired of all of it. I spent maybe about $700 on the site in the past 4 months burning through credits. 4. Your conversation is older than 90 days.
