It sounds like that's about the same here too? Can I ask why there is any reason to use BP? Only paying $$ but still that's 1 $ away from the normal agency rates.

I like BP (probably where I start off first when I'm on the prowl). It makes it easy to find what's available in your area. That said it needs to be used with other resources (like this forum) to increase one's chances of success (something I often forget to do).
