Unfortunately, it's been confirmed that Tina / Yoyo is not returning. She's moved out of town, and they "don't know" if / where she is working at another shop. Understandable. Thank you to the three guys that PM'd me. Looks like this one too far away (I'll be staying in Little Italy and won't have a rental car). I guess Sammy's is my only choice nearby but RTFF'ing makes it look not promising.

The girls I saw both time were walking in / out of the room, playing on their phones and running around the store. Meanwhile I was waiting for my service. When I had called / texted the MMS about the situation, somehow she ended up blaming me for the bad experience and basically told me that if I didn't like the service, then I could go somewhere else and blocked my number. I just never wasted my time going back, even though it didn't seem like it was completely the fault of the providers.
