Their process varies, but most ask a few questions, then set the appointment, usually with a two-call system ('call me when you get to such-&-such place"). I have yet to have one do any follow-up screening, but that might have to do with the first impression I've made.

The place is brand new, you can still smell the fresh paint and carpet. It looks like there are 4 "treatment" rooms and I was told that there was a shower available, chose not to take one as I took one at home first and my provider stated that I smelled good anyways, I always cleanup before heading out for one of these establishments, improves the odds of quality care. The table are large, solid & comfortable with the standard cutout for your face. The rooms are also pretty spacious. Music plays on a clock radio in the room but the blinking 12:00 was irritating, I was tempted to show her how to set the clock when I left, maybe next time. HaHa.
