The list was gleaned from reports on Seattle's and Portland's BBFS threads. There are no surprises. The list is not comprehensive and many notable BBFS providers are not mentioned. Also some of the women mentioned are not "slam dunks" to provide BBFS at all. A few come from anecdotal accounts, in which BBFS happened as an unplanned happy accident.
