Did it for about a month and found it difficult to separate because she knew a few important personal facts that she could use against me. If I just dumped her, she would cause problems for me. My solution was a two step process. First, claimed poverty (Honey, I want to see you so bad today but I don't have gas money. Can you give me $10 for gas to come visit?) Second, when I had gas I drove her to her old drug buddy and let them hang out in a shack for a couple days until the were both too wasted to even recognize me.

I felt bad that I pushed her to the drug life, but it was either her or me. Like Muff said. Protect yourself.
